There was a real local flavour at Perth on Thursday when Gordon Elliott completed a double at the Scottish track. Elliott and Kilmessan jockey Jason Maguire combined to win a novice chase with Franc Villez while Elliott completed a double in the concluding National Hunt Flat Race with Russian War, in the hands of conditional jockey, Sean Quinlan.
