Dunshaughlin sports camp a big success

The summer camp programme at Dunshaughlin Community and Sports Centre has come to a successful end. With close to 500 children attending eight weeks of camps, an outstanding time was had by all involved. Over the summer months, the community centre has been home to the FAI Summer Soccer Camp, Celtic Summer Camp, Creative Minds Arts and Crafts, Urban Rhythms Dance, Camp Sunshine and the innovative Futsal Soccer Academy, with the latest - Summer of Fun Camp recording a record number of children. Campers partook in a range of different activities from martial arts to swimming and everything in between! The summer may be over, but the fun will live on with many new classes beginning in September. For children, the centre will be home to activities like Futsal Soccer, table tennis, arts and crafts, dance, basketball, tennis, badminton and martial arts.
