Dunboyne into final

Dunboyne got back to action and made a winning return in the Feis Cup at Pairc Tailteann. The Wednesday night (24th September) fixture was a tight encounter throughout with Dunboyne ahead at the breal by 0-5 to 0-3. Syddan got back to level terms in the second-half, but a late flourish of points in the closing stages saved Dunboyne and set them up for the decider against either Seneschalstown or Dunshaughlin. That semi-final will now be played next Wednesday night (1st October), it was originally scheduled for this Friday night.
