'Our free classes during our opening week are available to everyone and will include aqua aerobics, spinning and rebounding. They are a sample of just some of the classes which we will be providing and will give everyone the chance to come down to Aura Trim and discover for free which kind of exercise classes most suit their abilities and fitness levels,' she added.
