Trim Celtic rooted in departure zone

Trim Celtic slumped to the bottom of the Meath & District Premier League table when they were narrowly defeated by title-chasing Woodview at Tully Park on Sunday. This was a fine performance from the Meath side who can count themselves unlucky not to have claimed at least a point after dominating for long periods. Woodview were ahead at the break and despite Paul and Mark Gilsenan going close with headed efforts and Paul Campbell hitting the woodwork Trim could not find an equaliser.
