Meath minors advance after extra-time thriller

Defending champions Meath opened their 2009 Leinster MFC campaign in dramatic fashion with a thrilling 0-18 to 1-11 extra-time victory over Offaly at Pairc Tailteann on Saturday. Pat Coyle\'s side looked like surrendering their crown when Offaly led deep into injury-time, but a superb point from man-of-the-match Harrison Silke forced extra-time and in the added period the Meath boys pulled clear.
