Meath unchanged

Fears that Meath would be severely depleted because of a flu-like bug that struck the panel last week proved to be unfounded as manager Eamonn O'Brien named the same 15 that hammered Westmeath to face Roscommon in Saturday's All-Ireland SFC qualifier in Pairc Tailteann, 7.0. In one positional change it appears that Cian Ward will start the contest at full-forward with Nobber's Brian Farrell retaining his starting place at corner-forward. The team is - Paddy O'Rourke (Skryne); Chris O'Connor (Ballinabrackey), Anthony Moyles (Oliver Plunketts), Eoghan Harrington (Wolfe Tones); Seamus Kenny (Simonstown), Cormac McGuinness (Navan O'Mahonys), Caoimhin King (Dunshaughlin); Nigel Crawford (Dunboyne), Brian Meade (Rathkenny); Peadar Byrne (Ballinlough), Joe Sheridan (Seneschalstown), Stephen Bray (Navan O'Mahonys, captain); David Bray (Navan O'Mahonys), Cian Ward (Wolfe Tones), Brian Farrell (Nobber).
