Drama groups 'Death Of A Salesman' opens in Trim

Trim Drama Group's upcoming production of 'Death Of A Salesman' opens in Trim Town Hall on Thursday 15th April for a four-night run. 'Death of a Salesman', Arthur Miller's portrayal of the American dream-turned-nightmare, rocked the theatre world when it initially hit the stage back in 1949. The play won both a Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize for drama. The play tells the story of Willy Loman, who begins to crack under the realisation that, after a lifetime on the road, he's still penniless - a misery that is compounded by the failings in his personal and family life which have come back to haunt him. Trim Drama Group will present this classic American play,in Trim Town Hall for four nights, from Thursday 15th to Sunday 18th April, at 8pm each night. With a large cast, this is likely to be great drama from the very experienced and capable Trim Drama Group.
