Body discovered at Rathfeigh

Gardai in Laytown are investigating the discovery of the body of a male in a field in Rathfeigh. The body was discovered by a man out walking at approximately 3pm on Thursday 13th May, according to Garad Press Office. The scene has been technically examined and has been visited by Deputy State Pathologist Dr Jabber. The body was removed to James Connolly Memorial Hospital where a postmortem examination is due to take place this morning, 14th May. The remains have not been identified at this stage.
