Service at hospital 'second to none'
Dear sir - I spent some time recently as a patient in Our Lady's Hospital, Navan, and must express my appreciation for the standard of service that I received. All staff were highly skilled and courteous. The food was excellent and the cleanliness of the ward and walkways second to none. What we do not need are 166 Dail deputies when a maximum of 40 would suffice, with the interests of the country at heart. What we do not need is a Seanad. What we do not need is a palace in the Park. What we do need are hospitals up to the standards of Navan throughout the country. Yours, John McGrath, Burtonstown, Balrath, Navan.
