A town in bloom

Dear sir - I was driving around the town this morning and I think the job that the parks department of Navan Town Council have done over the past few weeks is absoulutly great. It really cheered me up and I am sure it has the same effect on many people. I know people may say it is a waste of money in these hard times but I think it is money well spent. Navan is looking great and anybody visiting the town will be impressed. So well done to all the workers for the great job they have done and thanks for making a Sunday morning a joy.
