Rathmolyon and Dunderry advance

Mickey Cole popped up with a late point to rescue a draw for Rathmolyon against Dunderry in the IHC at Dunganny yesterday evening. The result means both sides advance to the quarter-finals. With the help of goals from Paddy Gorey and Bob Doherty Dunderry were on the road to victory before Cole found the equalising point. In the other IHC encounter Dunboyne defeated Kildalkey 2-9 to 1-9. John Delaney and Adam Hynes found the net for the winners but neither team have made it to the knock-out phase.
