Big crowds at American Football extravaganza
A crowd of almost 3,000 was in attendance at Pairc Tailteann tonight for a unique double bill of American Football action fearturing High School teams from Canada and America. Action kicked-off at 4.0 with Oak Park High School taking on Villanova College under Canadian Rules. The Oak Park school claimed an impressive 18-9 win. The second game on the card was a regular season game featuring Notre Dame Prep from Scottsdale Arizona against Fr Judge Philadelphia in a season opener for both sides.
