Meade's impressive newcomer
Noel Meade and Nina Carberry teamed up with the impressive Owen Mc to land the bumper at Fairyhouse yesterday. Tony Martin's Quickpick Vic was the one the punters were on, but Meade's charge could turn out to be fairly useful following a victory by 11 lenghts easing down. A winners' bumper will be the next target. Robbie Power added another winner to his tally when he partnered Aladdins Cave to victory in a handicap hurdle.
