Minors back in Páirc Táilteann - Pat's at Éire Óg
Meath minor footballers will return to Navan's Páirc Tailteann this weekend for the second round of the Leinster MFL against Wicklow (1.30). Last Saturday Meath opened their campaign with a 2-15 to 0-7 victory over Wexford at Grangegodden - Pairc Tailteann was closed - but the plan now is to play the game against Wicklow in Navan. Any adverse weather in the meantime could change that, but the game is ischeduled to go ahead at 1.30. Wicklow will play a challenge game against Meath later on Saturday afternoon (3.30 approx) but the venue is not confirmed yet. LEINSTER COLLEGES Also on Saturday, St Patrick's CS, Navan will face St Peter's (Wexford) in the quarter-final of the Leinster Colleges' SFC - the venue has been confirmed as Éire Óg in Carlow with a 2pm throw-in. The Meath Chronicle will have reporters at both games.
