Meath Cuisine is a collection of recipes from 10 of the top chefs from the best restaurants that County Meath has to offer. Last week featured our third recipe card with Franzini's, Trim publishing their head chef Lee Clarke's recipe card.
This week O'Briens Restaurant, Johnstown, Navan has published their recipe card with head chef Szymon Polgesek serving up his popular dinner party choices.
