Boxing tournament set for Navan

Competitors from various clubs in Meath and surrounding counties will take part in a boxing tournament hosted by Navan Boxing Club on Saturday.

The first bout is expected to get underway at approximately 7.45 in the Navan O'Mahonys clubhouse at Brews Hill.

Boxers from Meath, Westmeath, Dublin, Kerry and Louth will be taking part. There will also be a team from Cambridge participating. 

As usual the Blaney family will be well represented with David, Catherine, Shauna and Christopher involved.

Catherine, Shauna and Christopher have all won All-Ireland titles.

Navan Boxing Club thanked all the boxers for their efforts in preparing for the tournament.
