Meath challenge against longford

Meath played a senior football challenge against Longford at Trim yesterday as preparations continue for the start of the O'Byrne Cup after Christmas in just under three weeks on Sunday 4th January.

 

Meath won yesterday's game by 1-9 to 1-7 with a largely inexperienced starting 15. The other members of the Meath panel were involved in a training session on an adjoining pitch at Trim.
