Snowfalls across meath making driving dangerous
Motorists are being warned to take care on the road this evening, as snowfalls are making road conditions treacherous.
Heavy snow showers are impacting on visibility across the south of the county, with particulary dense falls in the Dunshaughlin area.
There have also been heavy snowfalls in the north of the county.
Met Eireann has forecast snow to fall in parts of Ulster and Leinster tonight, mainly on high ground. Clearer more showery conditions will follow later. Northwest winds will become very strong and gusty for a time and temperatures will be between zero and three degrees.
