Dublin snatch addedtime leinster mfl win against meath
Dublin advanced to the final of the Leinster MFL with a hard-earned 0-11 to 0-10 victory over Meath at Parnell Park today where they hit the front in the second minute of added time from a Callum Pearson 13-metre free.
Meath were on the front foot for most of the game with the exception of a 10-minute period in the opening half and they also created an adequate number of chances to secure victory, but some wayward finishing ultimately proved costly
The Meath lads were ahead by 0-4 to 0-3 at the interval and by 0-10 to 0-6 after 52 minutes, but they failed to hit the target in the closing minutes and in added time, despite some good chances, and were pipped at the post.
