The north Meath side team led 0-8 to 0-4 at the interval and with the help of a Oisin Reilly goal they powered their way to victory.
Na Fianna never found their best form and they ended up with 14 men after Christy Cosgrove was sent off near the end.
Justin Carry-Lynch also saved a penalty for Gaeil Colmcille in the second-half when he dived to his left to knock away Dalton McDonagh's spot-kick.
Brian Hanlon top-scored for the winners with six points while Seamus Mattimoe fired over five to cap a fine display.
