Kiltale stay unbeaten

Kiltale did enough at Páirc Tailteann this evening to take the points and stay unbeaten in the SHC when a four-goal salve gave the edge against Dunboyne by 4-11 to 0-18.

This was a well-contested game, but it was obvious that bith teams were not playing a maximum capacity with the three qualifiers already decided following Kilmessan's reversal the previous night.

Kiltale were ahead by 1-8 to 0-9 at half-time, twice in the second-half Dunboyne got back to parity and then hit the front, brifely, but Kiltale had enough in reserve to carve out the victory.
