Easy for Ratoath plus Dublin success for McEntee
Ratoath will face a sterner test in the next round of the Leinster Club IFC following today's 2-19 to 0-6 victory over Kilkenny senior champions Railyard.
As expected Ratoath were always in control and were ahead by 0-14 to 0-1 at the interval.
Next up for Ratoath is a semi-final clash with Kildare champions Castledermot in Ratoath on 15th November.
Castledermot (Kildare) defeated Ballycumber (Offaly) today by 2-15 to 1-15 after extra-time.
ANDY MCENTEE
Former Meath minor football manager Andy McEntee enjoyed his trip to Parnell Park today where he guided Ballyboden St Enda's to a surprise Dublin SFC final victory at the expense of three-in-a-row chasing St Vincent's.
McEntee's men won by 2-8 to 0-10 with Andrew Kerin finding the net either side of half-time for a first title since 2009.
Ballyboden will now travel to play St Pat's of Louth next weekend in Drogheda in the Leinster Club SFC.
Navan O'Mahonys will also be on duty next weekend when they travel to Longford to tackle Killoe.
