Raidió na Gaeltachta to record 1916 programme in Ráth Cairn

The final programme in the RTÉ Raidió na Gaeltachta series 1916 – Ceisteanna, Tuairimí, Freagraí will be recorded in Ráth Cairn, on Wednesday, 9th March at 8.30pm.
Raidió na Gaeltachta would like to extend a warm welcome to the community to join them for this programme to take part in the discussion on the history of 1916.
The panel for the show will comprise of Liam Mac Cóil, Séamus Mac Gabhann and Seán Mac Philbín, and Gormfhlaith Ní Thuairisc will chair the discussion.
The programme will focus on a discussion of the history of the 1916 Rising, the national and local angle, and the audience is welcome to share stories and opinions or to ask questions.
The programme will be recorded at 8.30 pm in Scoil Uí Ghramhnaigh in Ráth Cairn, and will be broadcast on RTÉ Raidió na Gaeltachta in April.
This is the final one of seven programmes in this series, which have been recorded in the seven Gaeltacht regions of the country.
