Big test for hurlers in Ballycran

Despite losing to Armagh last weekMeath hurlers can still make it to the NHL Div 2B final if they beat Down in Ballycran tomorrow (2pm) by three points or more and either Mayo or Armagh win.

However, if Mayo and Armagh draw, then both Mayo and Armagh will play in the Div 2B final the following weekend.

Defeat for Meath will leave them on four points, and Wicklow will finish on four points if they beat Donegal.

As Meath defeated Wicklow they will be safe from the relegation play-off on the head-to-head results.
