Early season winner for Killian Moore
Navan jockey Killian Moore added another winner to his tally in the UK this week when he was on the mark at Sedgefield yesterday in a handicap chase.
Moore partnered Master Rajeem for trainer Neil King and won well although headed after two out.
The Navan jockey remained calm and coaxed a winning run out of his mount which had won at the same track last January, but this was Moore's first outing on the seven-year-old.
Ashbourne jockey Andrew Lynch got off the mark for the new season today when he was on the mark at Tramore with the Edward O'Grady-trained Le Vagabond. Trainer Gordon Elliott was also on the mark at Tramore with his third winner of the new national hunt season.
