Council opens book of condolences for Orlando victims
Meath County Council has opened a book of condolences at County Hall, Navan for those who died in the Orlando massacre. Cathaoirleach, Cllr Maria Murphy (pictured) signed the book and expressed sympathies to the families of the victims.
Some 49 people died when Omar Seddique Mateen opened fire in a gay nightclub in Florida called Pulse, ranging in age from 18 to 50. It is the deadliest mass shooting in US history.
