Blackhall negotiate Dunderry in SHC
Blackhall Gaels proved too resilient for Dunderry in the second round of the SHC in Kilmessan this evening where they emerged with a 2-19 to 0-14 victory.
Colm Whitty's first-half goal helped the Gaels to a hard-earned 1-11 to 0-11 interval lead, but Dunderry lost Conor Dempsey to a second-half red card.
Hugh Smith claimed the second goal for the Gaels in the 40th minute from a lofted centre that deflected off a Dunderry defender.
