Ring Cup captain to start for footballers
Andy McEntee will hand out six more debuts when Meath face DIT in their O'Byrne Cup second round game at Ashbourne tomorrow night (Wednesday), 7.30pm.
The manager will field a completely different 15 to that which started the 2-22 to 0-9 win over Wicklow on Sunday, but five of the subs that came on in that game will start.
There is also a place at midfield for Christy Ring Cup winning captain James Toher from Trim who will make his debut along with Robbie Burlingham, Thomas McGovern, Declan Smyth, Stuart Lowndes and Dan Queeney.
There are also returns to the fold for David McQuillan and Alan Forde, while Joe Sheridan is listed at number 16 and will wear the substitute goalkeeper's jersey.
