Narrow defeat in challenge for Meath u-21s
Meath u-21 football manager Barry Callaghan completed his preparations for the forthcoming Leinster u-21 FC against Westmeath on Wednesday 22nd February with a good run out today at Ratoath against Tyrone.
The conditions were difficult and with the benefit of the elements in the opening half Meath were ahead by 1-6 to 0-3 at the interval.
However, Tyrone capitalised in the second-half and won the game by a point with a 2-8 to 1-10 winning margin.
