Gardai seize €285k worth of heroin and cocaine near Dunshaughlin

Gardaí have made a further seizure of controlled drugs and cash at a location at Pelletstown, near Dunshaughlin, today, Wednesday 15th March.

Gardaí from the Special Crime Task Force, in collaboration with specialised units from the Dublin Region, Armed Support Unit and Gardaí from the Meath Division carried out an intelligence led operation targeting Organised Crime.

During the course of today’s search, controlled drugs (Heroin and Cocaine subject to analysis) with an estimated street value €285,000, were recovered along with approximately €100,000 in cash.

Two males, 35 years and 23 years of age who were arrested yesterday as part of this investigation remain in Garda custody.
