CAMOGIE: Meath win against Galway
Meath played their second game in the All-Ireland Intermediate Camogie Championship today when they made the trip to tackle hosts Galway at Kenny Park and won by 1-15 to 2-7.
The Galway girls were on song in the opening half and shaeded the exchanges to lead by 0-7 to 0-6 at the interval.
However, Meath upped the tempo in the second-half and all Galway could muster was a brace of goals while Meath added an impressive 1-9 for a fine victory.
Next Saturday it's a top of the table clash as Meath host Cork - both teams are unbeaten
