Sheridan seals sensational Seneschalstown success

Joe Sheridan's lat point helped Seneschalstown to a crucial fourth round SFC victory tonight at Stamullen when they edged out St Colmcille's by the minimum with a 1-14 to 1-13 victory in an absorbing encounter.

Seneschalstown were ahead by 1-7 to 0-5 at the interval with Bryan Clarke finding the net, but he departed through injury in the second-half. 

St Colmcille's were on terms early in the second-half with Graham Reilly's goal the crucial score and the teams were level six times after that with a draw looking likely until Joe Sheridan's point in added time.  

In the other SFC game tonight there was a good win for Ratoath as they got the better of Skryne by 1-14 to 0-11.
