O'Mahonys exit Leinster

Navan O'Mahonys exited the race for Leinster JHC honours when they lost out to Kilkenny visitors John Lockes at their Brews Hill venue today by 2-12 to 4-20.

O'Mahonys trailed by a substantial 1-4 to 4-13 at the break, but produced a spirited second-half display.

Mikey Kelly and John Foley scored the goals for O'Mahonys while Paddy Skehan sent over six points, but the Kilkenny side posed too many questions.
