Ruby to wax lyrical at the TLT in Drogheda

American comedian, author and campaigner Ruby Wax is bringing her show 'Frazzled' to the TLT in Drogheda this Monday November 6th at 8pm.
The popular performer is coming to Drogheda as part of a tour of Ireland and Britain that runs between October and December. The tour is based on her Sunday Times number one bestseller 'A Mindfulness Guide for the Frazzled.'
Wax first came to prominence as a comic interviewer in TV series' such as The Full Wax and Ruby Wax Meets... She was the script editor for the sitcom Absolutely Fabulous and appeared in two episodes. She also appeared in shows such as Girls on Top and Red Dwarf.
In her Drogheda show she will talk candidly about her own depression but she can still play it for laughs. The conversation will be friendly, easy, occasionally hilarious, and sometimes deep and meaningful.
Wax is a prominent mental health campaigner who graduated in psychology from the University of California and gained a master's degree in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy from Oxford University in 2013.
