Our guest this week is Eimear Reynolds, proprietor, baker and cake creator behind the artisan company that is Bakealicious which is a near neighbour of ours in Old Cornmarket here in Navan. Bakealicious started in 2013 after Eimear graduated from the National Baking School of Ireland, Cathal Brugha Street.
 

Eimear talks about the passion for baking that drove her to launch her own baking business, how dealing with the banks was NOT the scary experience she was expecting, the quest for a work life balance, the importance of spelt flour and the purest ingredients in her cakes and how Beyonce was the inspiration for her Bakealicious name!
