Tourists targeted by thieves at Meath heritage site

Gardaí at Slane are investigating a theft from a car at Dowth yesterday morning at around 10.30am.

The vehicle, a hired car being used by tourists, had two backpacks, a Samsung Laptop, an Asus Tablet and two pairs of sunglasses taken from it.

Anybody who was in the Dowth area yesterday morning and recalls seeing a car acting suspiciously in the area is asked to contact Slane Garda Station on 041-9824202.
