Locally produced bottled water recalled by FSAI

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) has issued a product recall of bottled water manufactured by Baby Pure Water Ltd, operating at Ardbraccan, Navan due to insufficient controls at the production site.

All batches of Pure Water and Baby Pure Water have been recalled. 

A closure order was served by the Health Service Executive (HSE) on the operator of the Ardbraccan site for non-compliances with food legislation. A prohibition order was also issued by the HSE in respect of all bottled water produced to date by Baby Pure Ltd at Ardbraccan, Navan.
