Kilmessan brings 'Greatest Show' to Navan
Following a series of sold out shows, Kilmessan Musical Society presents 'The Greatest Show' in the Solstice Theatre, Navan, on Friday 28th and Saturday 29th September at 8pm. This show is an amazing musical treat with scenes to suit all tastes, from Moulin Rouge, Miss Saigon, Hello Dolly, Joseph and The Greatest Showman to name but a few.
The spectacular show, which ran in Kilmesan for four nights in late May, was such a success that many who wished to see it were disappointed not to secure tickets in time. Patrons were treated to a very professional and well choreographed production directed by Loretta Byrne, who has been involved with Navan Theatre Group and St Mary’s Musical Society for many years. She is ably assisted by musical director Lisa Rooney Smith.
The artistic cast and production team from this small village of Kilmessan show what a vital role a community plays in bringing people of all ages together, uniting them in their love for music and dance. They are thrilled with the opportunity to bring their successful show to the Solstice Theatre for two nights at the end of September and they promise an exciting fun filled night’s entertainment for all. Tickets €15 are available by contacting Solstice Arts Centre on 046 9092300 or www.solsticeartscentre.ie
