Six-timer today for Gordon Elliott

Gordon Elliott landed a six-timer today with one winner at Sligo's all chase card and five at his favourite Scottish track, Perth where he also had a double yesterday.

This afternoon at Sligo Elliott landed the first race on the card with Moonlight Escape with Davy Russell on board.

"It just took her a while to get the hang of it, but she schooled really well during the week and Gordon was happy," commented 
Russell.

Across in Scotland the trainer enjoyed seven winners at the two-day meeting and commented on his Facebook page

"Another successful trip across the water to Perth Racecourse with 7 winners at their 2 day meeting. Congratulations to all winning connections and a big thanks to all the staff."

The Perth winners were Cubomania, which won at Kelso last week, Jaunty Thor, Global Jackpot, Creadan Grae, Dinons which all won today along with Swingbridge and Make My Heart Fly yesterday.
