Festive fun on Gardiner Street
St Francis Xavier's Church on Gardiner Street will swing to the sounds of a festive celebration like no other on Thursday 20th December. Hosted by the renowned Gardiner Street Gospel Choir in collaboration with the Gardiner Street Junior Gospel Choir and some very special guests, attendees will be treated to the ultimate toe-tapping, sing-along Christmas celebration of the year.
As always the GSGC will bring their own unique and uplifting gospel style to all your festive favourites, aided by the talented Gardiner Street Junior Gospel Choir (featuring Larkin Community College and Gardiner Street Primary School) and the Polish Christmas Ensemble (featuring members of the National Symphony Orchestra). It promises to be an eclectic mix of soulful tunes and your favourite carols for young and old alike. There will be Christmas cake and other tasty homemade treats to ensure everyone goes home merry and bright!
Donations on the night go to the very worthy Peter McVerry Trust working tirelessly since 2005 to bring an end to homelessness in Ireland.
