Country singers join forces for charity Christmas album
COUNTRY COMES TOGETHER is a collaboration of 30 Country Music Singers from all over Ireland, coming together for the first time to raise much-needed funds for Temple Street Children’s University Hospital Foundation.
THE MEANING OF CHRISTMAS is an original song written by Anthony McBrien and all proceeds from this single and the launch night on 10th December, are going to this worthy cause. The single spent a number of days in the number one spot on iTunes early this month.
Every artist involved kindly lent their wonderful voices to this track and gave their valuable time completely free of charge. A project of this scale has never been achieved before on the Irish country scene and it’s a credit to everyone involved. This single will without doubt sit at the top of the Country Charts for quite some time this month.
The special fundraising dance takes place on December 10th at The Well, Moate. Music provided by Barry Kirwan and his band and the night will see over 30 acts take to the stage including a very special surprise guest on the night. Admission is very reasonable at only €10 per person.
Kindly sponsored by Harmony Recording Studio, The Birds Nest Bundoran, The Well Moate, Hot Country TV, Rosney Media and Alpha Media Ireland.
