VIDEO: House draw winner receives the keys of his new abode

Meath GAA handed over the keys of a new three-bedroom semi-detached house in Cois Glaisin Johnstown Navan to Royal House Draw winner Paddy O'Dwyer this morning and the Dunshaughlin man was delighted with his win.
While not quite on the scale of the Euromillions winners in Bellewstown, O'Dwyer was just as thrilled with the victory and he urged all clubs to get behind the second draw later this year and help make someone else's dreams come through.
"It was a big surprise when my name was pulled out and a very pleasant surprise, it was nice to get it," O'Dwyer told the Meath Chronicle after he was handed the keys to the new house on Thursday morning.
"It was a bit of a shock initially, but I was inundated with phone calls and messages of goodwill which was nice to get.
"The Royal County House draw has been good to me and I'm delighted to win the house, it is a great cause and it needs the full support of everyone.
"I'd be disappointed that a lot of the clubs didn't participate to the extent that they should have, that's disappointing.
"I know my own club Dunshaughlin, as well as a lot of other clubs, made profit out of it themselves on commission. 
"Apart from that the development of Pairc Tailteann or any development in the county it is the duty of the clubs to do the fundraisers. It is not the chairman or the secretary that has to do it is the people of the clubs.
"Pairc Tailteann is for the present and for the future, but I'd be disappointed that a lot of clubs did particpate like they should have had and if they did then it would have been a huge success.
"The first draw was a good success and hopefully the upcoming draws will surpass all expectations and we can reach the targets we need to get too.
"Tickets were sold all over the world online and that is great, but it was an added bonus that someone local won it, that's not being selfish or anything, but at the same time it won't do any harm."
While admitting he had still to make up his mind what to do with the house O'Dwyer insists that he won't be swapping his beloved Dunshaughlin for the fine surrounds of Clois Glaisin.
"There is nothing finalised yet in terms of what I will do with the house. We will be making a decision in the near future, but at the moment we are undecided. I'm not inclined to move from Dunshaughlin to Navan, sure if I did I'd probably have to play with Walterstown and that mightn't be a good choice for me," joked O'Dwyer.
"All joking aside I won't be moving from my homestead any way," confirmed the Dunshaughlin GAA stalwart.
