Fundraising events for Dunshaughlin's Ghana project team

Dunshaughlin Community College students, Sophie Gallagher, Gary O'Connor, Dylan McDonnell, Elisha Stewart, Emer Fitzmaurice and Dean Murphy will travel to Projects Abroad just outside Accra, Ghana, in June, to work on a building project in a local community. As part of their fundraising they are organising two fun community events.
On Friday 22nd March, they will host a Table Quiz upstairs in Peter’s Bar at 8pm.  This is no ordinary table quiz! 
MC will be local  Eurovision star Eamonn Toal so fun and great musical entertainment are guaranteed throughout the night.  A table of four is €40 with lots of fun spot-prizes and a generous cash prize for the winning table.  

On Saturday 30th March the group will host a 5-A-Side Soccer Tournament down in the Astro Pitches at the Community Centre for the ‘Peak Fitness Cup.
The Senior 5 Aside (16yrs+) starts at 10.30am. €5 per person, max 7 per Team, (2 Subs). The Junior 5 Aside competition (Under 16s) begins at 3.30pm. €3 per person, Max 7 per Team (2 subs)
