Gardai investigate 'suspicious approach' to children

Gardai in Navan are investigating reports of a suspicious approach to children in the Nobber area yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon.
The incident happened at around 4.25pm when a man in his 50s in a blue car, possibly possibly an Opel approached two children in a suspicious manner.
The boy and girl in quetion ran from the scene.
The Gardai have been looking at CCTV from the area  and are interviewing people in the location as the investigation continues.
Cllr Wayne Forde has expressed concern at the incident and is asking people if they noticed anything suspicious yesterday to contact Navan Garda Station on 0469021445.
