Oldcastle win well against Ballinlough

First-half goals from Robert farrelly and Jason Scully helped Oldcastle to an important 2-11 to 0-6 IFC win against Ballinlough at Pairc Tailteann this evening.

Oldcastle were ahead by 2-6 to 0-4 at the interval in a windswept Pairc Tailteann.

Ballinlough missed two glorious goal chances immediately after the resumption.

When they were reduced to 14 after Peadar Byrne picked up a second yellow card they had no chance of a recovery.
