Bohermeen fan Mary Bennett won the tickets for Meath v Kerry
Bohermeen fan Mary Bennett will be going to Pairc Tailteann tomorrow for the Meath v Kerry Super 8s third round tie courtesey of the Meath Chronicle and the GAA.
Mary won two tickets this morning after her name was picked from the list of correct entries for our competition in the print edition of the Meath CHronicle this week.
The competition gave Meath Chronicle readers an opportunity to win two tickets for Saturday’s double-header at Pairc Tailteann.
The main course is the crucial All-Ireland SFC Super 8s third round tie between Meath and Kerry with throw-in scheduled for 6pm.
For GAA enthusiasts, the appetiser isn’t too bad either as Kerry will tackle Down in the All-Ireland u-20 B HC final at 3.45pm.
Kerry defeated Meath in the semi-final at Semple Stadium two weeks ago.
To be in with a chance of winning two tickets fans had to answer the following question correctly.
Who scored Meath’s first point in the All-Ireland SFC Super8s?
Was it Donal Keogan, Cillian O’Sullivan or Conor McGill.
The correct answer was Cillian O'Sullivan.
Congratulations Mary.
