Trim Celtic gave themselves hope early in the second-half when Dean Rowlands rose hight to head home but the Hoops simply couldn't build on that as they struggled to contain the Harps' pacy attack.
On 61 minutes Boyne took a giant step towards victory when Reilly broke through to score his second and from then on there was no way back for the Meath side.
As Trim Celtic pushed forward Boyne picked them off with Tom Reilly and Conor Tully scoring from breakaways to ensure the trophy travelled to Drogheda.
