Biggest crowd so far at Cheltenham today

After three days action at the Cheltenham Festival some 182,825 spectators have viewed the racing trackside with the biggest crowd attending today.

The crowd today (third day) of the Cheltenham Festival clocked in at 65,218, a small drop on the third day in 2019.
 
The figure for 2019 was 67,821 and that was a record.

The crowd for the second day (Wednesday) was 56,943, that was slightly down on 2019 when a record number of 59,209 attended.

The numbers for day one on Tuesday totalled 60,664, that was a drop on 2019 of over 7,000.

 Twelve months ago some 67,934 attended on day one and that was also a record.
