'For Club, County or Country': Skryne flag initiative on RTE tonight

Skryne GFC’s initiative, ‘For Club, County and Country’ will feature on RTE’s ‘Ireland on Call’ programme on the national Covid-19 response this evening at 7pm.
The club asked members, and members of neighbouring clubs, to get flags out and show solidarity while we work together to get over these challenging times.

The aim is to show solidarity and boost morale and show support for frontline workers in and outside the parish of Skryne and Rathfeigh.
In Skryne, they asked that a Skryne, Meath or Ireland flag is put up, and also neighbouring clubs Curraha, Dunsany, Kilmessan, Dunshaughlin, and Seneschalstown display their flags.

The pics can be posted online, with the hashtag, #Solidarity
“We are asking if parents could put out flags with the kids as a show of solidarity. As a country as a county and a club we can get through this,” the club said.

Skryne has also put together a group of people to respond to the needs of the community, in conjunction with First Responders, should the need arise.
